Like any ADHD person knows, decisions can be hard. When I chose a name for the practice I asked for so many suggestions and googled and used AI. Well, my husband mentioned windmill, as our last name means Mill. OF course, I initially resisted and thought about so many other options.

As I thought about it one day, I sat in my car avoind the cold air that waited. As I looked around, I noteced the leaves moving in the wind. I thought about how wind can be a source of power and of destruction. Windmills are able to harness power, and I suppose therapy is like that too. In therapy, we hope to find balance.
